Best place to craft tier stones

Hi,

Where is the quickest place to craft tier stones? Meaning, which two zones (Varanas/X) would be the simplest to go back/forth as well as cheapest (for cloth belts).

Thank you kindly,

Rindal

I'd say wailing fjord and ancient kingdom of rorazan, personally. But varanas may be a better choice if you're running back and forth on one toon only. If you have two accounts, I'd put on in fjord and the other in akr. Then mail either the belts or the fusion stones to the other char. In akr, the fusion stone person is in the same area as the AH, Mail, and Bank.

Personally I use Obsidean Stronghold and Sarlo. I prefer Sarlo to Wailing Fjord because the NPC for belts does not walk around and close the buying screen on you are you are trying to purchase belts :p

one to 5 toons/guildies in OS to buy fusion stone and mail them to the toon who is doing the tier stones, i also use that toon in Muckdale port. But Sarlo also is a good place to do it and no waste of transport stones that way.

I have a toon in Muckdale to buy belts and mail them. Personally I do the fusion stones in Varanas and just use castle mailbox, mainly because of housemaid being right there. But I can see the preference to using OS, again, due to the proximity of mailbox and spirit vendor. That being said....Spirit vendor and mailbox are closer in Dalanis....but it is Dalanis...so don't go there, LOL. And, Zer is probably correct, spirit vendor in Rorazon is closer to mailbox, so that would be more efficient, just don't like that place.

When I tier with my token alts I move them to Wailing Fjord, buy 50 belts (or however much can fit in my backpack), then move to Obsidian and buy the fusions. If I want to mail I either do it in OS or WF, and bank is on the way from snoop to belt vendor in WF. Mailing stuff is way too annoying with the mail bug cap, that you cannot send more than 50 (?) mails at once.

With UMM, you can't use the Mass Send Item feature to send more than 50 mails per login session. However, you can still individually send items.

could always just get mailqueue addon. not compatible with UMM though, and does less stuff, but if you are serious about the mailing, just make a 2nd install with a couple "buy in bulk" addons/macros, as well as the addon.

50 mail per session => it's enough to enter house, you don't have to relog. It's very close in WF, and one teleport away in OS.

Didn't know that. Thanks :D It's not that far in AKR, too.
