2 questions

Hi everyone, I have 2 questions:

1. I'm trying to make gold by card farming and selling to AH but I wondered if I killed low-level mobs the cards drop rate is lower similar to production runes? Or is there any better way to make gold? (I'm lvl 53 with bad equipment)

2.My girlfriend is also playing and we wondered if a wedding suit and dress is obtainable?

Thanks in advance

1. In my opinion, farming Blend Runes or Activate Runes would end up being an easier farm for gold since the market for those are larger and more demanded than cards.

2. Periodically you'll find costume specials in the Item Shop that will contain the costumes in question.

As Zerienga already kindly replied farming production runes especially blends is a good income.

What else i can think of is daily items for low level chars, also to sell honorpoints (you can get this from guildcastles minigames) if you have time maybe pick up crafting (recipes like heropots/stimulant).

And yes if the level of mob is too low compared to yours it means less loot.

Hopefully we will see more costumes in the IS in the future

Offtopic, but... :claps: for new GM's first post.

On topic: Crafting and Pet Crafting would probably be a smart idea, especially if you take up alchemy. The biggest selling potions are Hero Potions (a rare recipe drop, especially since Goblin Mines doesn't give loot off of mobs), Touch of the Unicorn (a manageable to find recipe drop), and Strong Stimulant. Currently, by farming your own Blend Runes, if you have the appropriate level of pet crafting, you spend about 600k gold to make 4.5 stacks of Unicorn Potions which can sell easily for twice their cost up to 3 times their cost. (Don't know about how many stacks you can get of Strong Stimulants or Hero Potions with this method, but cost to make would remain the same.) I usually set up 2 other accounts with completely empty bags and fill my bag with the pet crafting tools needed, then turn on the addon Pet Auto Craft at the mat's needed production equipment and set my stuff to refine in the (forgetting it's name atm) as a list. After about 17 hours (estimating here based off of memory), I have enough mats to make 4.5 stacks.

If you want a production pet, any pet as good as other. If you want a long term pet, you need Holy Pet Egg of right element (light=tank, dark=rogue, fire=mage, water=healer, earth=warrior or warden) and then work on leveling pet and leveling pet crafting.

Also, get in a good guild. People there are likely to have spare money and gear to help you level. It is good to be self-sufficient, but when a level capped toon gets almost 500k a day just from dailies, they should be able to spare a few mil that will take you long time to raise.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

As a new player, it takes a lot of work if you are only playing one toon at the same time to go into potions or food. Quest, level, get in a guild to benefit from their buff towers, siege rewards and castle for the increased speed for your mount etc. You have people on the servers that will help you get stuff for gear etc. All depends what you are looking for in the game,

Best reference on these forums is Rustyx, he is are resident Rustyxpedia and the most knowledgeable person here

A fantastic way to earn income, though it may make you cut your eyes out, is farming instrument mats from low level instances, idk what server you play on but on Artemis, a stack of mats, depending on which instance you farm from, will sell between 1-3mill gold. It's also great for the server ;D Just stalked up on instruments for a few months and costs me near 100m, so there is money to be made.

Osha's prices are pretty inflated so you should be able to make more off of stacks of instrument mats there then on Artemis :) just everything will also cost more ^.^

I'm late to the party, but everyone's suggestions are spot on. Biggest money makers on any server would be instrument mats and crafting *instruments also require some refined herb and wood* so even lvling your refining is a good idea. The demand for those mats are so great they will just sell faster than you can put them in the AH.

On top of Pet Crafting I'd also suggest taking up Planting. It's separate from your other professions and refining so you can max that on any toon as well as a gathering skill and a craft. You get a decent amount of mats out of it as well so long as you take care of your plants :3

Other crafts you can look into are ones that craft gear and weapons. Sadly I'm unfamiliar with this as I only have max lvl Alchemy and Cooking xD but i'm sure others can give some ideas as to whether it might be worth while to pick up as a craft later :3 But for sure go for Alchemy and Cooking since they are stuff people will always need for runs.

As for guilds on the server I do have a toon there that is a side project of mine, as I'm from Artemis I like to go play on other servers from time to time. You can talk to people in trade channel, just type /join trade ^_^ *or it might be Trade I'm unsure* you should be able to find a guild soon enough :3. People are relatively nice on any of the servers.

Just farm instrument mats. It's easily the best gold you're going to get. It's very easy it's just tedious so endgamers hate doing it, and there's hardly every instrument mats on the auction house. I can easily spend 10-20M on instrument mats without even thinking about it to stock up. Ancient fossils and transparent jades are really good because they're used in tamb which every class uses.
