Quest - Step One, Clean the Wounds

Anyone else having issues with this quest?
20 minutes spent talking to the NPC's and all i get is "He doesn't need your help at the moment" :missilelauncher:

all the npcs for this quest (daily) are broke, on osha, Gms know
98/98/61 osha p/k/r
overheard in guildchat: "Its RoM if you're not lagging, you've crashed" "from your lips to frog's ears"

It's one of the fastest daily quests in the zone... too bad it's bugged already. First Day... all npcs worked. Second Day... only found one npc that still worked. Third Day... didn't even bother trying.

If someone stops the "cast" bar on an npc, it just breaks the npc until the next maintenance.

Source: me. I clicked too soon and broke the casting, the npc no longer worked after that (on govinda)
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.

As much as I'd love to say I offer consulting services, the scope of things broken is too large.

I was able to complete the quest on both the Reni and Govinda servers. However only one of the npcs worked on Govinda and two on Reni. I just kept going back to the ones that worked It took a long time for them to reset at times. I had to reset the quest twice when all the npcs didn't work. I just waited for a couple of hours and retook the quest that time one npc was working.

had same trouble today on Osha (ch 3) and just assumed it's borked.

however, i swapped to channel 1 and was able to treat five guards for completion.

hope this helps.

We had some issues on EU last night and asked for a restart of Splitwater Coast on ALL servers while we were at it.
This was around 00:30-01:00 AM CEST aka around 6PM Eastern.

At least some of the mobs should still be working after that restart.

Hired Hands daily from Carlie in Bartas Farm is broken now too. The carts say "Requirements Not Met".
