Best Rewards - EOJ's

Hey everyone. My friends and I have been getting stamina/hps, str/p att, Intel/m att, Intel/stamina from the Best Rewards option from the EoJ vendor in Splitwater Coast(New zone). I was wondering if they have changed it to where you can obtain the same stats from other zones as well? would we be able to choose best rewards from other zones and get stamina/hps, str/p att, and all those good instance stats? or is it only shell stats from kashlyn, and the other previous zones? If someone has tried and obtained instance stats from Eoj venders from previous zones then please let me know. thank you
