Can't switch to secondary class

So I'm an Elf. I just got to Varanas after doing all the elf things on elf island.
My Primary class is Warden. I'm level 14.
Soon as I got off the "boat", there was a gal there...Druid instructor. I said I wanted to add Druid as secondary class.
It appears that it happened.

So I went to the housekeeper, and asked to change classes. The box came up, and I hit Confirm to change from Warden lvl 14 to Druid lvl 1.
Verification box goes away, but my pic in upper left corner is still the Warden at level 14. It doesn't appear to have changed.
I went inside my House, and tried it...same thing. No change. STill Warden.

Is this a problem with being an elf? Or am I at too high a level to start a secondary class or something??

Nothing to do with being an elf or too high of a level. Make sure you choose druid for primary and warden for secondary when changing classes. You'll be at level 1/1. If that's not it, sometimes game actions will not take place when you are lagging.

Aha! I knew I must have been doing something wrong.
I guess I thought that just clicking Confirm would switch them. I should have realized that I needed to actually switch them myself.

There is an addon I use for switching classes, Class Exchange Helper. It is not the only one out there, but it works well for me.
-- Rustyx --- 92R / 92S / 92M on Reni (Guild KnightShift). Yes, running the new FOTM R/M, cause I am not elf enough to be WD/S.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.
