Is it possible to blacklist someone on the forum?

There are individuals on the forum who I swear it's just a total waste of my time to read or scroll their posts, so I was wondering if there was a way to blacklist them so I won't have to read BS anymore. If there is no way, could a mod please move this to the suggestions section and forward this to the webmaster or whoever.
