Old account still in existence?

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone knows - would an old account that hasn't been accessed in well over a year still be in the server?

Or do they delete them after a certain period?

It's still accessible. They haven't deleted any accounts yet (except AU possibly). When they do the merge in November, they will not be merging accounts that have not been active for a year, though. They will hold those accounts for 3 months, after which, if the owner has not contacted them via support, they will be deleted.
