Resource location query

Um, where do I find "small fish" for cooking.

I thought in the water somewhere but.... :confused:

(do I need a pole or a net??)

There should be an npc called, cooking supply merchant, nearby where you purchased your recipe from. That npc will sell you small fish, its relatively cheap.
