Depending on the actual stats you're moving over, the cheapeast way **could** be to puri the belt, and use push stones/stats to tier it up. If the "best" stats on the item are orange eon/yellow splitwater/bones (195 mana stones), you can use splitwater/bones (any 195 mana stone) to make t7's. Process would cost you a total of 9 puri's for 3 tier 7 mana stones. For details on this, see forums/threads/youtube/ask friends about "push statting".

If you can't use above method because you are using stats above 195...
---- assuming belt is level 90+ (random/puri give tier 6 mana stones) ---- Dia costs are ignoring charges.

Puri on happy hour sale (10 dia puri) and extractors on sale (39 dias):
--3 puri = 1 clean t6 = 30 dia. We save dias by using only puri's.
stone belt for 1 tier 6 mana stone. Buy 24 more puri for 8 more t6 mana stone, convert to 3 tier 7's.
Total cost: 250 dia

Puri on weekend sale (15 dia) and Extractor on sale(39 dia):
--3 puri's = 1 clean t6 = 45 dia. We save dias using extractors to make t6.--
extract all 6 stats from belt , giving 6 tier 6 (2 tier 7). Buy 9 more puri and make clean tier 7.
Total Cost: 369 dias


Puri full price (19 dia) and Extractor on sale(39 dia):
--3 puri's = 1 clean t6 = 57 dia. We save dias using extractors to make t6.--
extract all 6 stats from belt , giving 6 tier 6 (2 tier 7). Buy 9 more puri and make clean tier 7.
Total Cost: 405 dias

Puri Full Price and Extractor Full Price:
Don't bother.

One thing to keep in mind is whether or not you can sell the existing item if it were cleaned....You can make back some cost in gold if you can sell the item.

Sure you are already know, but don't forget phirius tokens for puris. 380 tokens per puri. Save you some diamonds.
