I believe they should up some classes because balancing is basically nerfing.

only when something is overperforming
things that are underperforming would be buffed if they aimed to balance them properly

People don't get that people actually over gear to do that good people who only to won't understand also some classes who were meant to do something else just got adjusted so they can do good dps don't really see no classes over performing. People just saw it can do good dps based on the skill set.
Also elites can also help classes, classes fell behind because they didn't get good elites.
