Runes of Magic US / AU

Hello. 6 years ago I played on the server au I know it gt merged into us. so now I redownloaded rom but for some reason I cant login in game. I use my account name I do on the website but forum and I trying using my password but cannot and I even try changing it can someone help m out pleas? I really want to use my account as I did on the australian servr but for some reason I cant login in game. as explained above??? It keeps saying account or password error.

Okay. I'm in now. it says I have 1 character on Mithras. But when I go to the server. My character is not there?? I'ts blank as if I got to make a new one. Something wrong?? Are you able to check what has happened to my character?? it says I have 1 character. but it's not there..

My character didnt get merged??? since I hadnt logged in for 6 years??? And the case was I didn't quit. one day I tried to log in and I couldnt and it kept on not letitng me though I tried and tried the download bar or w/e you call it wouldnt move... the 2nd half did but the first half never did and so I left it. And neverp layed i since till a few days ago... I decided to try come back. And now... a similar error which caused me to leave in the first place is not letting me into the game. as I press "play now' on the launcher it says "ClientUpdate.exe." Then it comes up with "Updatecan't download clientUpdate.zip" once it reaches 100% and Ive downloaded everything and everything has finished downloading so what does this mean?? it's stopping me from reaching the part where I press play now after the launcher to play the game it's not letting me past the launcher?? what does this mean?? it just randomly happened when I came back from afk to try play it and make a new char. Can someone please tell me what is going on?????
