Spent $2,500 on RoM, have nothing to show for it now...

Played on Reni for years, and now all of my characters, gear, and money is GONE. What gives? Spent a total of $2,500 on my account only to be left with nothing? :stick:

Please contact support, with your email adress used for that account. You can still get your characters merged manually. If you don't know your email adress anymore, support can help you either way.

I have no idea of manual transfer, but automatic transfer moved everything. Well, some people had to do extra steps to move wardrobe, but a simple step. I don't see why manual would be much different.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

Everything should be there once your transfer is completed. Anything missing can be reported back to Support.

Do you know how long the transfer process should take? Friend of mine had all of his stuff sorted out within a couple hours recently and I still haven't got any kind of a response. I wasn't aware of any deadlines so a bit anxious and concerned now. ;(

Depending on when you submitted your ticket it could take a few hours and it could take a few days. In this case, probably closer to a few days. The sysadmins must perform the manual transfers and that's only done on the weekdays unfortunately, Monday through Friday.

The characters are being merged between monday and friday so you have to wait till next week

If I have a new toon created on Mithras and I have all my slots full of toons being merged from Reni what will happen? Will my new toon be deleted or will one of my toons being merged get automatically deleted? I don't want to waste my time & money on a new toon that will get automatically deleted and I don't want a random one of my original toons to get deleted....

Nothing gets deleted. But you might be prompted to rename a character, if you choose the same character name again. Now for the original merge you can take out of the FAQ which one is to be renamed. But honestly no clue with late comers.
