ToSH

could you please tell me the exact rules of powerleveling in tosh.... my guild is confused.. my understanding is that as long as no class of the levelee is over 29 it is legal to use an honor party.. please clarify.
100 people spending $10 is more profit than 5 spending $100.

Refer to this conversation I had with Isopod for your answer.

Me: Hey, I have quick inquiry. I know powerleveling in tosh by glitching the honor party is punishable. Is it ookay to invite a lvl 15 toon and pwrlvl it to 50 provided it is all done in one go without any form of exploiting the invite system?

Isopod: Yes, as long as the character has no lvls above lvl 30 when it starts.

Me: Sweet, so I can create 1 toon per day, pwrlvl it to 50 legit, run the ystra quest, and pocket 4 free puris per day?

Isopod: You can.

Me: An no glitching multiple toons into an honor party right? Keep it one a a time? Rhetorical question I know.....

Isopod: Yes that is correct.

Tosh powerleveling is not illegal, at all.

What is illegal is going around the Honor Party Ticket's requirements. This is something even some GM's didn't understand at one point. Several people had arguments with them...

Basically as long as you're able to invite a person to party while you already have the ticket buff on it's legal to powerlevel them for the duration of the ticket (3hrs).

let me clear this up a little. GM'S have ALWAYS understood. there is one incident that i can say happened.
a player had removed classes and was getting p-leveled, i caught them and did the appropriate thing to do. i had no knowledge of the fruit of forgetting being used and my records showed this player had leveled beyond level 30 some time prior. the player had in fact used the fruit of forgetting and picked up the SAME class that was dropped. when they contacted support it was worked out that it was a legit power-level.
and the appropriate thing was done.

this is the only case of mistaken power-leveling i have seen since i became a gm.
