Game default questtracker gone?

Hello,
I noticed that when I checked a quest in the quest list, the game's default quest tracker in yellow text that shows up on the right side of the screen is not there anymore. I haven't changed any settings in my addons (questtracker in Pbinfo is not enabled, tracker in questHelper is not enabled). Also have dailynotes, but I didnt see anything in options that looks like it would replace the default questtracker.

Anyone know how to fix this?
