Mage EOJ pulls in Moorland of Farsitan

Has anyone pulled a mage ring from the EOJ vendor in Moorlands of Farsitan? I/m wondering if int/magical attack Ravens is a stat option from the 300 eoj pull, which would be Ring of the Forsaken Ooze. The rom welten website doesn't have int/matck as a stat option in the drop table, but usually it is an option from EOJ.

RW fixed a chapters-old bug in which int/MA was showing up in stat pools it was most likely not intended to.

Ah yes Cike they fixed it, sure go with that, so why do they still drop on mem's EOJ's level 95 and lower? it is not FIXED, it is BUGGED. But continue with this argument, it is broken and will remain so till they fix it. how many times do i have to explain this to you?

a couple years ago, they switched the names of 2 stats, and for some reason, they didn't change the pools they dropped from. this resulted in all subsequent yellow int/MA to come from eoj, crafted items, and normal/easymode, but NOT hardmode (what normally drops pure stats like str/PA, dex/PA and int/MA, and what USED to drop int/MA before this).

now that they have been reverting the change, int/MA now drops from the same sources as other "pure" stats like dex/PA and str/PA (namely HM and shells). hence, no more easy to get int/MA anymore.

(this is all going off of memory, and i don't play a mage, but that's the gist of it)

All str/patt dex/patt etc dropped on hardmode since the start, int/matt was there until beth, now its back to hardmode, don't see the issue, clearly it was always the odd stat out,(excluding stam/def which still drops on easy mode though). Also all stats were obtainable at 95 eoj because they were all obtainable from normal mode bosses(i think this should be repeated on newer content)

EOJ's and mem's on level 97 pulls have ZERO, NADA, NONE chance of dropping, Cike i am not talking about CRAFTED GEAR, pulls, you know farm eoj's for hours, memento's for hours and no chance at any, i mean ANY good stats. Those currency always dropped good stats before and has nothing to do with crafted gear, no matter how you want to twist it around

i'm not twisting anything. eoj, normal/easymode and crafted share much the same stat pools, just like shells/hardmode. int/MA was wrongly identified as a stat in the eoj/crafted pools, so it showed up in all of them but not hardmode. RW has fixed that.

i really don't know how to break it down any simpler than "there was an oopsie that people got accustomed to, and now that the oopsie is fixed, people are upset".

imo they should, 72 cap and before you could get good stats from mems, and there were a lot more mem farm random groups. It helps lower people to gear since you can farm lower instances for mems and then pull for a chance to get a stat, rather then endgamers just running instances and having control of stats, as it is atm. More stats isnt a bad thing, and this comes from a player who is in the only guild on my server that can sell raven yellow stats, and therefore having complete control of their price.

Cike do you work for Runewaker? do you have access to data that can prove there was an oopsie? Why farm memento's or even EOJ's then? why would anyone start leveling crafting again?

What was helping the community to have access to stats have just been removed, all in favor of the 5% endgamers controlling the game like in chapter 1 and 2, yeah for that Cike. Guess the 95% of the community will just have to stop gearing and statting or increase the prices of diamonds at 500K per to be able to purchase those 40M yellow stats.

Also why are you only talking about Int/matk stat? :dash: i am talking about all the good stats people could have a chance to pull. Cenre just posted the best reply on this whole conversation.

People should be less self centered and see what is good for the community as a whole and not only themselves. :love:

They really really need to sit down and think about their Stat pool structure. I mean, really. I get the world boss/PoM thing, difficult and rare, hard equals good stats. Hard Mode instance runs, hard equals good stats. These make sense, but they are the only two that do. Arcanium? give me a break, best yellow stats in the game and you get them by going AFK with alts, seriously? Shells, do minigames that are basically a joke for difficulty and get good stats. EoJ's, back when people were exploiting them, easy to do for good stats, now that they have removed most the exploits, a bit harder, but bad stats. Dreamland, harder than minigames, but bad stats. And Mementoes, wth?, like Cenre said, we used to run instances to farm mems so we could draw good stats, now mementoes are only good for pulling accessories, but have to clean the bad stats off.

It appears that once you get past the World Bosses and Hard Mode instances everything is backwards.

I'm not arguing whether or not the stat system is good, bad, or anything. I am merely suggesting that based on the games history, the fact that int/MA was available in eoj, crafted, and easy mode pools was NOT intended, especially when combined with the fact that the switch occured at the same time RW decided to rename some stats.

believe what you want, but I am confident that int/MA will not be returning to eoj, crafted or easy mode pools, unless dex/PA and str/PA follow as well.

Cike since you don't seem to play the game anymore or never farm anything in game and happy to have 72 and lower stats on your gear, let me explain you this : EOJ's, Mementos DID NOT ONLY DROP INT/MATK stats!!! they dropped dex/patk, str/patk, etc. Those of us who are on work compensation, retired, semi retired can spend 10 hours + in game, farm stuff LEGALLY ( meaning NOT BOTTING ) We don't go to school, don't have to go to work and have plenty of game time to put in. Sadly Gameforge seems to think that it is better to satisfy the 5% player base that logs 1 hour a day for siege, great going on this.

So to all crafters out there, don't even worry about crafting, it isn't even worth doing anymore since we got the shaft once more, we had level 80 to 92 gear that made it worth it and now totally worthless. BTW don't forget to give us the crafting event since you have broken on the best part of the game for us, great job working on that one, just like the item shop. Bang up job.


As it stands now with this bug, it just shows that Gameforge is just trying to get more and more players to go to other games, so they are able to close down the servers and make it less painful and less QQ from the hardcore players in this game. Sadly the GM's can pass along all our thoughts, suggestions, views etc, they just show that they don't really care about Runes of Magic and haven't in a while.

lol im not even sure if OP's question was even answered. And now im curious about dex/pa, str/pa as well. I know 95 eoj dex/str/pa was obtainable, don't remember int/ma.

According to rom-welten database, you cannot obtain good stats fromt he 97 eoj pulls. You can check here:

The information that the databae uses is taken directly from the client, so unless there is a database error in the game client, there should be no differences between database information and what you actually obtain in game.
