broken gl ball quest help needed

can not find the guardian left hand part (hints says it residual component and you gather/find it)

I have been unable to locate it anywhere, would love exact coordinates, if you don't want to help then please don't responsed.

I have tried googling and have gotten no where.

PLEASE HELP.

my quest addon says the coords for that item is 32.3 by 23.5
