Guild Event Calendar!?!

I believe having a Guild Calendar would suffice for Guild Organization. Considering, we do have a message board, but you can get everyone to look at that thing daily. As for if we had a Monthly Calendar to post events, Where guildies could go a signup for those events, would organize Raids, Instances, Sieges, etc!


Please, Frogster, consider this because I'm sure there are a lot of Guild Leaders out there that would agree. Thanks for you time!

i entirely agree, and it would not only serve guild leaders but also anyone who wishes to participate in activies, in other words it would enhace the quality of social interaction and for frogster it would mean more loyalty from players.

There are websites out there that are geared for making and hosting websites for mmo guilds. The one we use is free and it has a calendar feature built in. It's very nice :D

This seems to be a really great idea since this would allow us to keep all the information related to organising the guild activities together

^^Yeah I've had nothing but poor experience with those free website. Yeah it's nice and whatnot. But, realistically? How many members can you get to actually keep up to date on the site? I could never. lol. But, if RoM had a event calendar ingame, then everytime a guild member logged in, then they could see whats up for the week. It would be very lucrative.

Definitely! I think that would be super helpful. Considering, I'm not at my computer all the time. & when I do get on, I wanna be able to play the game. I don' t wanna have to check a website before I play. Being that I would be in game already, checking a event calendar would be convenient.

I'm going to bump this, because I think it's a good idea. I think this should also be in the Addons section, something kinda like the Group Calendar addon for WoW. Right now my guild is trying to do something with making a private website and google calendar, but just getting people to actively use it has been painful.
