Please update instance maps on time when the new instances are released. It's annoying to look at an instance map and see just a world map. I believe the highest instance map available right now is HoS, all the higher ones are missing instance maps.

I think there also needs to be a new world map for Zandorya (or w/e the new continent is called).

I had a map of DoD the first day. If you use the map packs from wow maps addon (not the entire addon, just the map pack) and instance map fix; you should get all the maps. A guildie of mine is using that combo and they have all except zs, hodl, ect. They do have hos and dod though.

Download the Wowmaps addon and it has every map of every instance except for the maps on the new continent.

I believe wowmaps got messed up in the last big patch. I remember needing to remove it, just cant remember why.

Works fine for me. You might've missed an update or something if it wasn't working.

I Personally don't use wow map anymore, I switched to the addon that basiclaly just points to the maps already in the game. I found this to be much more reliable and less issue as new updates come. I also have the DoD map.

Instance Map Fix is what i use, it doesnt show ZS, HotDL, or LotDD, but i think that may be because thier maps are not put in game, it seems. Every other map shows perfectly, for the addon uses the misplaced file with the maps in it for its source of the maps, so it very reliable.

They realy should just put a default version of the addon in, so you dont need to download it, but the addon alone does the job just fine.

If you dont know how to download an addon, go to curse.com, and download the client 4, which shows the option to download in the download screen for the addon if my memory serves, and from there you can download any addon from curse.

Hope this helps. the new continent map would be nice, but I could bet it isnt finalized yet anyway, so they are just not going to bother putting in an unfinished map for it. Its not a big deal yet anyway, with only 2 zones on the continent for now.

If I may ask what addon is this since that seems to be better than wowmaps.

Curse.com has the addon for maps, and you should use Instance Map Fix(the addons name) to fix the maps. They for some reason have not put the maps in the right folder in the game, and all you see is the candara map. This addon fixes that by rerouting the map to the folder with the maps in it. The only maps it doesnt show are ZS, HotDL, and LotDD.

It is a useful addon, trust me.

i had the big map for the whole area and now i dont have the map for it i did everythig from scratch checke d6 times to make sure everything is the same i cant fond anythng to comferm difrences other then its slim clinent not full client anymore but before i had the slimclient the map was there and now it dose not thankyou

I just got rid of my Full version on my laptop & replaced it with the current Slim version... my pc is still running the full version though with a patched uptodate from Ch II files...

Using the Ch V Installation files, & reinstalling & repatching everything... was hoping a fresh reinstall, the map files should be there with no need for any mapaddons...but sadly nope, GameForge still hasn't fixed it yet.

Now I can't view maps using any combination of InstanceMapFix + WoWMaps + WowMaps_Instances... how are people using Slim Ch V installation files viewing their Instance Maps????

GameForge plz tell RW to fix our full & slim client!!!! Apparently none of the other international versions of RoM were affected by the bug that occurred between Ch II & III patching except for ours regarding our instance maps.

This is a 2 yr old problem, we never had a need for instance maps addons until Ch III came along...

I'm tempted to do a special version of rom using a mixture of full & slim files.... I think the maps are part of the Interface.fdb file? at least that way I can have viewing instance maps while using an addon coz currently nothing is working...and sending in a ticket is just gonna send me a reply that "instance maps are never part of the installation files for full or slim"... ROFL...they ARE part of the game if only RW would reroute the game to look in the correct place of the file when we hit the M function instead of looking in the wrong area which results in the black screen.
