I'm having the same problem now T_T. Already been at least 3 hours, still nothing. Sent in a ticket too!
Also the paypal account I used was linked to my mom's e-mail address while my in-game account is linked to my e-mail address. Maybe that could be holding something up? Idk...

boldfaced above--is likely causing your issue. PayPal and our payment system are rather touchy about mismatched email addresses. If you can have your parent add your game email address to her PP account, things may go more smoothly.
