Govinda server problems.

Well I figured that feedback was best place to put this as it is my opinion on how things are going on Govinda server.

Come on Frogster! I don't know about other servers but I do know that Govinda server has been having issues for at least a week if not more. I understand the coders are in China but come on I think a week is a bit long to let this go on. Everything missing/changed house items to guilds malfunctioning. I am sure the rest of govinda server feels the same frustration in this. We all want a fix to these problems and most of us have seen it start when the Richie quest events started then broke. At this point I am regretting all the real life cash I have invested in Frogster and my game play. It also makes me feel that the money would have been better used to get guild wars or some other mmorpg. Please restore our faith in your team being able to get this fixed as most of us believe this will never end.

P.S. Economies change due to inflation and other occurences. People complaining about the gold price of diamonds going up can't see or realize that when the $ price of diamonds changed it also will reflect in game. adding an NPC goldsink is only a temporary solution in my opinion. If you are going to put in a gold sink make sure that it will be useful as many of us will not use it if the items are basicly a waste of gold. I personally would find a good use if these items are on that NPC: Purified Fusion stones, 70% or 100% exp/skill boosters, and Daily Quest Tickets.

It's really sad that people have to "regret" spending money here in order to get attention to fix (or keep things from breaking) that should be simple and easy (oh I forgot we aren't on EU servers so we get ignored.)

It's really, really, really ironic that the guild database breaks again, guild leaders as well as others are "removed" from their guilds, chests full of items go missing, as well as housekeepers......

And its all right around when 2 guilds (one on govinda, one on another server) were "rewarded" with a "brand new castle" for the LAST time this same exact thing happened.


Bottom line: If we paying for a game (yes, we buy diamonds to gear toons, and yes, I'm aware Swag make comments on the romcast that you can dirtystat and do up to RT normal) we shouldn't have to worry about losing items that we pay for, let alone an entire castle.

I wonder how many guilds will get fixed let alone compensated this time around (There was 15+ guild leaders who lost Level 9 castles or above on this server, only one got a "new" castle while everyone else has had tickets ignored, removed, or told they can't have anything.)

The issues with the servers are ridiculous, and yes prices have gone up.

I think a lot of people complaining about prices need to remember, while stuff cost more to buy it also cost more to sell. We have stats selling for 50-65mil here on Govinda. Run DoD spam 2 hours a day, and buy a stat every other day. If you can't do that kill guard dogs, they sell for 40k+ each on double xp. If you cant kill guard dogs, you probably aren't at a point in the game where you need to buy anything expensive anyways.

I think they only way a gold sink would be even close to effective would be if it sold CS items, and CS items the elite actually needed. You need to remember a lot of the people who actually have gold, also have a mass stock of daily resets, plussing gems, and puri packs.

As far as regretting money spent into the game, well you aren't required to spend it. Honestly if I go buy a ps3 game for 70 dollars I get 2-3months out of it before I get bored, assuming it is even multiplayer. Even if I was to go out bowling, I'm probably gonna spend 20 dollars on beer, and 10 bucks for bowling. Just for one night of fun with a few friends. Everyone has hobbies, or things they do for enjoyment, and nothing in life is free.
