Extend the weekend sale 24 hours for billing issue

Many players still havent received the diamonds they purchased due to billing issues.

Please extend the sale 24 hours after you resolve the problem and outstanding billing transactions. Many of us only bought diamonds for paticular items on this weekend sale, and will be very disappointed if we get our diamonds after the sale is over.

As was stated in the announcement, if you get your dias and the sale is gone, simply submit a ticket with all of your identifying info (toon, account, server, etc.) and a list of the sale items you wanted and they will hook you up.

As was said in the announcement, if you're still missing items from your house, put in a ticket and you will get all your stuff back. Since when did we start believing announcements?

i would like them to extend the double diamond part, because my bank sucks, and moneywhatevers doesn't work my credit card...well, like a credit card. i shoulda had 1040 diamonds yesterday. and whne i tried again today (yesterday? sunday) it even gave me a confirmation (had to throw it through the spanish - english translator, but eh) and no diamonds, no charge to my account ><

You should call your bank and tell them to allow transactions to Moneybookers or use a prepaid card. Banks, Credit Card Companies, Credit Unions, will block payments for transactions out of the country it is not that they are bad is that they are trying to prevent fraud.
