Flat Values for Certain skills...

Problem: Altar of Shadoj for Priest, Lightning Armor for Knight/Mage, Blinding Silence for Druids, and Countdown Seeds for Druid do not scale off of magic damage and do a set amount of damage regardless of magical stats.

Solution: Make them scale off of magical stats. It's a pretty simple issue with a simple fix, there may need to be a bit of balancing of the skills though not likely.

All item-set skills need to be improved and need to scale with level.

They'll never do that considering that each set skill has a better equivolant;

ie: Phantom Stab http://www.runesdatabase.com/skill/495479/phantom-stab
vs
Kanches Rend http://www.runesdatabase.com/skill/498340/kanches%27-rend

Phantom Stab is 200%, Kanches is 400% though it doesn't list it on the db, it does list it on the item preview.

I think they just intend to keep providing better item set skills with levels rather than changing the pre-existing ones.

I know that they are releasing new set-skills improved but that doesn't solve the problem that Set-skills are extremely useless.

Unless they are passives. Which most classes do not have and 400% isn't even that much.

The Knight ones seem to be the only ones that are actually balanced. Massive AoE/Taunts, Scouts seem to be fine as well. It's everyone else who need a tweaked item-set skills.

This isn't the problem as it turns out. FLAT DAMAGE (The skills output the same amount of damage regardless of stats on either end of the skill) on skills is the issue but thank you for the input.

I was mainly saying don't expect them to fix something that's no longer at the level cap, they're more likely to fix it at the new level cap if they fix it all (which is pretty doubtful but it's possible).

+1... im a Priest and, quite frankly, now that Holy Candle Shield is nerfed we literally have NO good set skills. I expected an amazing one from the Annelia set, only to find out it's just a new version of Mana Rune Stone? Because we were all using that SOOOO much before.
