Allow us to change our forum password via forum

Has no password change. So I have to do the Password reset each time I want to login to the forums, as it's some random numbers / letters now that I had to do it once.

OR, you COULD integrate the password from the game to the Frogster account system and the forum. But that probably would be too much work? Since ALL THREE accounts have different passwords (Not to mention the in-game "Security Code" you have to register with each character.)

Speaking of, I better go to support and have them reset all my character security codes, since I forgot those too, as I remember I couldn't delete them as I don't remember the codes.

You have to change your forum password using the FrogsterAmerica website. (as far as I remember.)

Then why not integrate the password for our in-game to the frogster account / support area? It's hard remembering three different passwords.

Last time I did the password change on the Frogster Account site, it took about 10 minutes to go out of "Processing."

Go to http://account.frogster-america.com - log in.


Once logged in go to Game Accounts.


Your forum password can be changed on that page - you will find it below your list of game accounts.

Also, what happens if I lose my support account password?

It's been more than 24 hours, I haven't gotten it:

It should be almost instant. I have never had it take more then 2 minutes after requesting the password change.


Unless they are having system issues... I would try again, if it still doesn't come then contact support.

When checking your email from anything frogster..also check your junk/spam folders as well..they sometimes go in there.

Still hasn't arrived to reset my support account password. I even tried to use my email to send my username, that hasn't arrived. All of that was sent weeks ago as evidence by the posts here.

How can I get my support account back when it won't tell me my username?

Can't edit our posts now, eh?

Guess I seriously messed up. Seems my email has no support account. Go figure. Anyway, all cleared up, I guess. But Frogster's Support system should say "That email doesn't exist." My email wasn't part of the frogster support system, but said "We sent an email" anyway.
