Tp Dailys

I have an end game character and farming daily's to get talents point is so slow. I thought it would be a good idea to have talent point daily quests. The quests wouldn't give you any experience but would give you talent points. You could make them like the quests you do to get your elite skills in heffner camp so it wouldn't be a farmed item. Thought it was a good idea figured i would drop a line or two about it.

OP,

I have a suggestion for you.

Grinding gives TP too.

Try grinding TP as a Priest.

TP dailies would actually be a good addition.

+1. There's a difference between being able to oneshot 10 mobs in 10 seconds and taking 20-30 seconds to kill a single mob.

And grinding endlessly for hours just to raise a few skills by one level isn't my idea of fun, and I doubt I'm the only one who thinks so. I like the idea of a daily meant for TP, especially since quests don't give you even close to enough TP to raise more than a couple of skills every level.

This is a quest-based game, not a grind-based game. You don't level by grinding on mobs, so we shouldn't have to grind for so long for skills, either.

Exactly.. all the DPS characters can just go around and one shot everything, but healers and tanks are screwed. There's a reason I don't have enough TP to level all the skills I need to. I know DPS with over 200M total TP. Healers? Tanks? Not so much.

TP dailies are a great idea. I would use them all the time. Especially since TP costs for skills are only getting higher. You get nowhere near the TP you need off of quests.

Because they are not geared or stated to do damage.

This game may be a quest-based game for leveling up (XP) but it is still a grinder to get gear, stats and TP.

I don't understand why you're so against it... More TP = higher levelled skills = easier to run.

Are you saying that it's Priests' fault that they can't farm TP because they don't stat for damage? We're Priests... we're not supposed to stat for damage.

They did make a daily that pretty much was focused on healers, and that is the gravesite one in LOM. You can't take a party of DPS in there, you need couple good healers, or else the NPC would die. Making more along those lines, just not as involved, could help.

Or perhaps have more gathering dailies. Those are independent of class.

Also, agree overall on the OP idea. People max out XP pretty fast, but after that several months of dailies are done just for TP part. TP focused daily would be pretty popular, I bet.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.
