As it is right now, there are no heal mods being applied to this ability and it is thrown on the global cool down and has a 30 second cool down of its own. For such a small ineffective heal over time, this in unacceptable. Allow this ability to be pet cast so that it does not interrupt the global cool down and allow it to be modified by healing mods. Please give this top lvl warden/druid elite, an actual use other than to sit in your spell book, never to be put into an action bar slot.
