The Sardo Castle Secret Document

I know I cant be the first person in the game to have this happen to. Morrok gives you Old Letter to give to Toni. If you lose this letter there is no way to restart the quest to get the letter again. In order to get this letter back I have to open a ticket and wait for support to help me get this letter back. Thing is without this letter you cant quest anymore. This letter unlocks the rest of the chain. I would make it so that this letter can be collected again by abandoning quest and restarting it.

I agree with this one totaly. Too many quests can be broken by losing/throwing away (accidently of course) a needed item. This really should be looked into and not just for the Sardo Castle chain.

And another agreement.
It's made worse because the first advice given by a GM when you have trouble is drop the quest and take it back. That works for 99% of the quests, but at least three I know of you either need an item to get the quest, or you have to be sent by another NPC. If you drop the quest you no longer have the item to get the quest back.

what is the name of the quest. if its the one i think you just have to be on channel 1

There are a lot of quests that will not reset if you change channels. Or even if you log out and back in. The worst ones are those that you ahve to have a specific item to be able to continue. There is one quest that you ahve to click a "Herb Piece" to get. If you throw that item away you are screwed until you get ahold of support to have them send you a new one. There is no other way to get the herb piece back because it is a quest reward.

After a week or so support supplied me with the document I though I needed. I was wrong this quest is not bugged. I'm still waiting on support to get back to me. Seems that there is a quest - A Meeting With The Rebels - where Madya Shioth gives you a keepsake "This is a symbol of our trust". If this item is deleted you cant get past the guard that is blocking entrance to Harvey Ityos.
My suggestion. When you talk to Madya Shioth after completing her quest, she talks about seagulls, the commander and something else. Maybe you could add text - Lost keepsake? and she would give you another.
It's hard not to get frustrated about this. I know I made the mistake, but now for 2 weeks I've been waiting on support to fix this, and now its been 6 days since I last talked to them. Seems another weekend will go buy without the ability to quest. I have over 150m worth of equip in my bank waiting on lvl 70 and refuse to purchase diamonds until I know I'll be able to use it. If you read this support. Please help.
