Chapter V is shortly before the doors and as you all may have noticed, the frequency and appearance of sales offers and diamond sales is currently under re-works.
This is getting suspiciously similiar in nature to the answer we got about Eve Ballusha. You remember her, right? The rune npc who was happy to trade some gear and some gold for random runes?
Granted, this thread is about diamond sales. So I'll try to stick to that topic. There are multiple feedback threads, right now, on the current (mis)-state of the cash shop and about how unsustainable the game is getting due to a lack of them.
And Dio, I think assuming that people have other people they can spend time with on that particular day/weekend is a bit off. There are multiple reasons why a person may choose to play the game instead. For several folks, even in your own recent survey, one of the options was to play the game "for stress relief."
If you've ever had a family member or friend get drunk/upset/lie/otherwise impact your life negatively, you'd understand the need to cool off/take a break from "family/friend o-rama".
Why is humoring us such a difficult concept to understand? If you were to tell us what guidelines the company is supposed to follow as it pertains to the cash shop, it may go a long way towards the community understanding how GameForge/FEU wants to run things. We get that they're a business, and staying in the black (or getting out of the red) is important. But both of those goals can be accomplished without squeezing the clientele out of the game completely.
