There was big disscussion about this matter on polish forum few weeks back. Some players decided to check it out, including me. We downloaded russian version and played it for few days. I can confirm they have flying islands and ships (i dont know how to get them but saw them on the sky few times). I didnt find any new instance, but there is PVP castle in Ystra (between TOWW and Harf), when you enter it PK is enabled automaticaly and you can fight others. Also every Snoop has option (a big list) to teleport you to any other Snoop in the world, with just 1 jump (for free). PS. Additionally, their IS is way bigger than ours, with lot more offers, and many are way cheaper (like pet enhanced pot for just 5 dias, or 100 marking inks for 1 dia etc) with lot of items we dont have (for example mount speed pot +30% or pet egg with +5 all stats grow). They also have Premium account (400 dias for 90 days), that gives +35% moving and mount speed, and +10% patt/matt/pdef/mdef/att speed. There is also possibility, in account managment page, to change character gender, race!!! (class that race can't have is deleted during this process) or even guild leader if he isn't active anymore.
