Chests/recipes

It would be peachy if we could have the chests/recipes for the lv 75 weapons we can't make.... I'm sure its been asked for before, but I would like to ask again, as I'd love a Clandestine Staff, but lacking a recipe for the chest or the chest itself to make it.

Pretty sure I bought the 75 component chest recipes in Rorazan, Frontline Camp... the forge area I think. Problem atm is can't refine the rare mats needed...
