There were several places that offered diamonds for taking surveys. However, after you filled out the surveys the diamonds never appeared and some of the people complained that the information they had given out in the surveys had been misused.
Wrong. They do work. I haven't logged in in quite a while, so I don't know if the surveys are still available here, but they definitely
do work. I've personally gotten a lot of diamonds from them. It's not reliable enough to have a steady supply, but for making some quickly for a short sale, it works.
It's a shady company for sure, as the "free offers" section is mostly full of crap and/or things that will spam your email or phone if you're stupid enough to give them the real thing, but the surveys (note: different from "free offers") do work. As others said though, often it's more worthwhile to just buy diamonds from other players. If you're lucky, you can get hundreds of diamonds from surveys. If you're unlucky, though, you get little to nothing. They're a gamble.
Oh, and if this program is still active, if anyone attempts these,
DO NOT do any of the "free offers" that require downloads. Some of the ones that require you to just sign up on a site are legit, albeit annoying, but most free offers are bull. My boyfriend downloaded one of those games out of curiosity once on a virtual drive, and it was so full of malware from that one download that if it had been the real hard drive, it would have completely trashed it. Don't trust downloads from those. Strangely enough, he did get the diamonds (think it was a couple hundred) for that download...but kind of pointless if your computer dies, heh.
Also, RoM isn't the only game to use this scammy company. I've seen quite a few games that use them or companies like them, and they're all just as frustrating.
