I have to take a moment to discuss what I think is ABOUT TO BECOME a gross injustice.

I'm looking at the MOST WANTED SALE that is coming today and I am pretty freaking far from ok with it.

As you remember, we got 'jobbed' on Halloween with the technical issues and did not, on OSHA and RENI, get the opportunity to buy Daily Reset Tickets at 19 diamonds per.

Multiple moderators have commented that this would be addressed. It has not.

When they recommended that we buy diamonds and trust the system, I did that. They also stated that there would be a recommendation to have the sale again. I don't believe a 26 diamond sale now makes up for the 19 diamond sale of which we've been wrongfully deprived.

I RESPECTFULLY request that this be rectified. There is no reason that those of us on OSHA and RENI should have to spend 36% more for a daily reset ticket than everyone else.

This could have been rectified within one day. The same sale could have been run once again, even if it meant running it along with another sale. Those who already took advantage of the sale would have ignored it. Those who need it, could have taken advantage of it.

This is not QQ... i'm really disappointed about the huge DIS here....

It's just that SaitoHajime said he would be looking into it... both in an earlier post and then again in a whisper during an event.

To my knowledge, I have not heard anything about this since. I'm not trying to be an ass or to start trouble, but to me, nothing destroys credibility more than saying something and then not following through.

Even if the decision was 'NO", which makes no sense at all, why not just express that this was discussed by the powers that be and, OSHA and RENI, you have been overruled. We don't care about this being fair for you.

That would suck, but at least it would be honest.

@Jguy you seem to contradict yourself by asking for fairness for all the servers but on your second paragraph you pretty much just told those who did not have had a fair chance to pretty much suck it up. In other words, you want fairness when your server is down but when others were in a disadvantaged position you felt indifferent and yet you assume that you should receive an exceptional treatment.

FYI - I was not aware of any huge sales such as this being missed by TWO entire servers because they were down. I just got "back" after being gone for roughly a year and a half to new management (that usually means a new way of doing things). For perspective, I "left" right after Swag left when we were still under FAI (that wasn't WHY I left, but just giving a timeline). If you were to look back on my posts from when other servers were completely unplayable, I miraculously didn't have much of an opinion much less feeling indifferent, simply because I had no knowledge of those servers being down or any big sales happening at the same time servers were down (one can't have opinions when they don't know stuff is going wrong).

Perhaps my paragraph was mis-worded, I was not intending to tell people to "suck it up", but rather a point of: "Just because it wasn't done for you means it cannot be done", which is...coincidentally, what I had typed. Sorry if you took it the "wrong" way, but that's not what was intended.

All servers should be treated fairly, and I've always had that opinion ever since we were under the iron fist of FAI. Whether that is repeating events for those servers who missed out because the entire server was down or repeating a very good sale when toons were locked in their houses, it doesn't matter. As I said, having a sale coincide with a time where almost an entire 2 servers are unplayable is a pretty dumb move (by my assumptions/figuring Reni has one of the highest pay-to-win/diamond buying populations on the U.S. side) on Gameforge's part. I would have gladly bought diamonds out of sale to fund a DRT buying fest.

Additionally, from looking back a little at repeating sales most of it was "QQ I WANT DIS", which is not what is happening here. There have been several people that have been incredibly respectful and laying out opinions/facts on the thread in a respectful, well thought out way.
