I guess I would disagree with this. I personally don't buy transport runes since they are given free with some festival events, and I guess I don't use them as much as I use snoop. If this is the intent, then why is Coast of Opportunity/Xaviera not a "laborious process", a frequently used zone for dailies and farming dog meat?Snoop is working exactly as planned. The main purpose is to make transport such a laborious process that people buy transport runes instead. If any changes were made less transport runes would be bought and profits would go down. If you were to bring up all the previous threads on this you would understand better.

lol. Yes, I do that much transporting when I play (active guild doing things, me doing my own things, and helping guildies and friends with things who ask).
You know in old days, the "they want to sell transport runes" chestnut would be the first followup. I am so proud of the forum, it is getting less clueless.
*reads more* Well, not a lot less.
or as you reach the zones after Dalanis you pay 200K per transport all the way up to 1M each snoop. Clean out gold a bit to re establish gold value one the servers, as they are doing with high end runes on equipment.
