House energy giftable

Shiny idea for those people that cant buy they're own dia's put the option to gift house energy into the item shop permanently. It would be nice even for me cuz sometimes i dont always have dia's on my account but i could use them in an emergency also for people like zid with many toons and would be willing to spend the money for it likely he could have more room for his many useless items.

they had a sale within last few month idr when but had giftable house energy for sale, im sure they will have another one sometime.

I'd say its more something that should be there all the time for the people i sell dia's to if i want them i just go in my house and use it.

Really great idea. Already lost all ny expansions in my house and I think its a joke I have to rebuy them to access all my furniture. But I still would like to so add this please :D

yes please put house energy permanently available in the IS, this should have been done a long time ago, even with P-tokens would be nice.
