Starshard Stone

Today when I logged in there was a scrolling banner that said "You can pick up the might Starshard Stone in the Item Shop." I'm just wondering if this was a mistake that it was in a scrolling banner or if it is a real item that hasn't been put in the item shop yet, because I looked under everything and couldn't find it! If you did find it please do tell what it is and does! ^^ :thumbsup:
