Dalanis teleport

Dalanis should have a teleport available from snoop by now. Every other continent can be reached by using snoop; only Dalanis requires you to go into Obsidian, cross mercenary square, and use the lovers transport. The story was good and the teleport there should not be removed; but isn't it time to stop the "have to enter the city and cross it to tp to Dalanis"?

I realize that it is possible to go to Akor or Fjord then to Dalanis using snoop, but why should 2 teleports be necessary, especially when the memory leaks pile up when using multiple ports?
