To the people writing the sales advertisements and posting the on sale items into the item shop:
First lesson-
1+1=?
To figure this out we raise 1 finger on each hand, we can then place our 2 hands together and count the total amount of fingers being raised.
(In this case the middle one would be appropriate.)
So from this, we are able to count a total of 2 fingers, therefore;
1+1=2
Second lesson-
What is the percentage saved off buying a random attribute extraction stone on this happy hour, compared to a normal priced one?
To figure this out we follow the equation: (x/y)*100=z% (x being the subtracted amount from the whole number, y being the whole number, z being the subtracted number as a percentage.)
So in this case, we will subtract the regular price of 59, which will be 'y', by the sale price of 39, leaving us with 20, which will be 'x', as we solve for 'z'.
(20/59)*100=?%
.339*100=?%
=33.9%
So, we ask ourselves, the players of RoM that is... Why in the hell... are random attribute extraction stones being advertised as 50% off, when it really is such simple math to come to the conclusion that it is in face only 34% of saving, without any ruby bonus as well.
Don't get me wrong, I am fine with an item being 34% saving, I welcome it! However false advertising is not something a strong company values itself on, as it pisses many of its, in this case, PAYING customers off.
If it really is that difficult to come up with what the % in savings actually is ahead, I'm sure 95% of the RoM player base would be willing to do the simple calculation for you so you can post correct ads. For this has been going on for much to long.
