Here's a possible for a huge moneymaker for GF & get people to run at-level instances more: Stat Tiering
3x of the same stat = stat +1 tier up to +10, using 1 AT charge
so, let's say you get a Mage XIII @ 150 stam/375 matk
3x Mage XIII = Mage XIV
3x Mage XIV = Mage XV
3x Mage XV = Mage XVI
...
Whatever the values RW wants to provide in the game for those future stats would then be updated every time a new zone comes out, so it'd be pretty easy to keep up to date.
This would boost Charges & Puri sales & helps statting for new instances using old instance drops.

In addition to the cautions that Inferiority mentioned (a staggering increase in OP-ness by already OP players, too few stats needed to upgrade to the next tier), it could also lead to both abuse by unscrupulous gold-grubbing players, bot alts, and, need I mention it, gold spammers.
You seem to have mentioned relatively easy-to-acquire stats with what might be considered middling (by end-game standards) values. What about stats garnered from truly end-game instances, regularly farmed by the Usual Suspects? Since I'm not a math whiz, kindly do the math on a tier boost for a Hortek orange Dex/Patt or Patt/HP stat done up in the way you've described.
IMO one of the worst ideas for making already OP players that much more OP (and richer from selling the tiered stats.)
