Improve Craftsman's Recipe Coupon

Since so many recipes are no longer available in game, and these coupons are fairly useless why not change the drop list they are attached to so they drop a random recipe under level 60. That would be a lot more fun, and would not unbalance the game. Drop recipes from all craft skills, including alchemy and cooking, that way more people could get rare recipes and prices will drop.

Plus, we may find some cool skins in some of the many lower level armor and weapons.

Those recipes are very good for those who starts crafting. You can get special recipes during the crafting festival, easy to obtain and very valuable. As for the removed recipes i agree they should put them back and be available, i have all my crafts at 93+, gathering at 100, i want the removed recipes please. ;-)
