well they put back ABL permanently in IS, puri prices were lowered, RAE'S were also added, runes also, all stuff we have been asking, granted it took forever but we got it. ;-) Seems they work at the same pace as the governement hahaha
Rofl, if that's the case then they have to have the worst publishing contract ever written. Since that's not really likely, it's probably just easier to do the finger pointing game since we don't have access to the specifics of their contract anyway. Anyone who actually believes that GF can only ask RW nicely to do things is a bit naive - contracts simply aren't worded that way.To be fair to them, they don't exactly decide what RW does, because it seems like RW doesn't really care much about whatever GF says lol.
Nothing can be said on this topic unless you make some presumptions. In this case, that was mine, because I can't think of any reason why they'd hire a guy to categorize bug fixes or did the ThePit's Hot Seat on DE if they don't plan on sending them. They always just done "forwarded to XY".Rofl, if that's the case then they have to have the worst publishing contract ever written. You are right of course, we can only speculate because we aren't privy to the details of GF's contract with RW. To answer your question though, it would not be unheard of if GF was required to pay for any changes to the game including fixes. Most of the publisher/developer relationships work in a similar way. Developers for the most part want to put out the best possible product but someone has to pay for that work. The publisher holds the purse strings and determines what to change and what not to based on financial considerations.Nothing can be said on this topic unless you make some presumptions. Also, it doesn't cost GF anything to tell RW to fix a bug, would it? Unless RW charges GF for each bug fix, whatever work they can get RW to do should be their gain because it shouldn't cost them much, if any.
