Portals

This idea was inspired by a lovely conversation between Faspee and I.

Passageway Runes and Portal Runes should not be able to be used by people who are added to the blacklist of the person who opened the portal. So people you don't want following you into your portal can't :) Also great for trolling.

open it to the Bridge of Cremation. Then use home sweet home or guild transport They will follow to their death. Easy.

Yep! Random Portals are fun! :D But, yea. until server merge, it would probably be nice for whoever's left on the pvp servers to have that ability.

lol, I remember when we were doing a pillars run once, someone opened a portal at the rez stone and people thought "oh how nice! now we don't have to run through those elites!" so they jumped in and found themselves at the steel bridge of cremation rofl.
