I thought that's how it worked already? I have legendary cooking and herbs on my main.
Yes, currently you can have a legendary craft and a legendary gathering. However, the levels below legendary are what I'm suggesting should be changed from what they currently are and I didn't want anyone to get confused, so I included the last limit, too. Currently, you can only take 2 gatherings to 21-40, and of those two, only one to 41 and higher. Also, you can currently take 4 crafts to 21-40, 2 of which you can raise to 41-60, and only one of which you can raise to 61 and higher.
