Mysterious Bags (can't open)

everyone knows this issue

PLEASE fix it , make it so people in your party can OPEN the bags
it is very aggravating trying to loot 1 bag forever q.q

The Mysterious Bag drops containing yellow stats & materials/recipes ..

I think this is about the mechanic that when you are in a party and mysterious bag drops, its ownership is assigned to a single toon in a party, seemingly at random. Other members can't open it.

If so, I agree. If the party really wants to share the loot, they can assign loot rules for contents of the bag. Otherwise, it just become confusion as each member of the party has to go to bag to try to open it - and if some of them are not paying attention fast enough, bag can disappear before they notice "hey, check bag please" notice.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.
