I was thinking of a couple of things that would make Priests more utilitarian ( other than as heals ) & I think Bone Chill reducing Crit Resistances would help in boss fights.
Bone Chill ( currently ) =
For 12.0 seconds, Bone Chill will cause 8.0 points of damage every 2 seconds. +3.2 damage per level.

For 12.0 seconds, Bone Chill will cause 8.0 points of damage every 2 seconds. +3.2 damage per level.
Special effect: Bone Chill has a chance to apply a debuff to the target reducing critical resistance by 1% for 3 seconds. Can be stacked up to 5 times. Once the effect has ended, it cannot be triggered again for 10 seconds.
