You do realize that Full Attack isn't a k/m skill, right? That's caused from Light Energy Weapon proc'ing on the white hit, so they can't cast Full Attack Also, I'd say w/k is worse than k/m because w/k can stunlock people for days on end.

Class combos fall into certain categories: tanky/utility/dps.

No single class combo should be able to do it all, or excel greatly at any two, else there's no balance.

None of you can say that k/m isn't extremely tanky while also outputting ridiculous damage.

well, might want to get out the torches and pitchforks, because thats a long list of OP classes we need to nerf then. wdn/d must be at the top of your nerf list then, because it has excellent heals, tanky as hell, and can deal almost as much damage as k/m.



you essentially described the point of RoM's dual-class system. allowing a single character to specialize in more than 1 area. for example, healer(druid) paired with a dps offclass(rogue) creates a toon that can both heal fairly well and deal decent damage.


the only negotiable thing in your statement is to what magnitude "excel greatly" refers to. imho, k/m does NOT excel greatly at dpsing, whether it's tanky or not. yes, it does do more damage than your average knight, but is it comparable to a "pure" dps class while still maintaining the survivability of other knights/classes? no.




if you are trying to shove classes into specific bins based on generic function, it's gonna be messy with RoM.

Hell, that describes Champions without a ssecondary They get tanky as hell with just using Shield Form and Chain Drive procs the most in Shield Form to deal massive damage. They also have a 1% heal lol. Add in a secondary like priest or warlock, and you get even stronger heals Add in mage or warrior, and they get even tankier! Add in rogue and they do even more damage while being tanky!

Now Optimistic wants K/M not to have lighting? heck just let K/M only use Fireball while at it, why are people so special sometimes, here's a brick, maybe this will help lol.

i may not have agreed with some posts in this thread, but i don't believe they warranted the type of response provided.

there is a difference between getting your feeling hurt for no reason and having your feeling hurt because somebody decided to stomp on them because they don't think you should be offended. where you draw the line is up to you, just know that your language and actions shape other's opinions and treatment of you.

on the internet there is also no predefined stereotypes and prejudices due to the anonymity it grants, so people's views of you come 100% from how you act.

p/s had range. k/m doesn't have range. also, that was an entirely different era of pvp. when pvp was a 1 shot fest, whoever got their 1 shot off first won. p/s could get their 1-2 shot off first due to range, hence, it won.....literally every time.

pvp now is a much more nuanced game, requiring team play, item usage, and coordination.

eh, because for the most part, it wasn't gotten this out of hand. one or two posts and thats it. this thread is more of a constant stream of abuse at poor OP.
