Change potions to not include off-line time

Could you change all potions so they are only used in online time, not offline time? I just had a power outage here and lost half of my daily dual function potion, and those aren't cheap and are rarely sold. I am sure many others have had power outages or suddenly had to leave for an urgent errand even when they had unused portions of potions. We should be able to cancel a potion but resume it later to used the remainder, for people with situations like that.

It shouldn't take a huge change to accomplish these things, and I am sure a lot of players would appreciate it.

Alot of these buffs work that when you die, wait 30 mins and rez up the timer is reset to before you died, so usually if i go afk this is what i do to avoid the loss of time.
