move tempest heights time

Since tempest heights is more worthwhile now, how about moving the evening time an hour later so that it doesn't coincide with siege? Basically it makes it impossible for those of us who work normal day hours and want to do both siege and TH events. I would prefer not earlier though since it will interfere with siege prep, but either move will be ok.

You could do earlier siege or later siege and that fixes it

I think they need to move the time and extend the time of tempest, even with skipping a ton of rounds its hard to complete in time.

I swear zid you are such a buffoon. lol Unlike you who apparently has no issue making 4-8 hour shifts in your schedule to accomodate ROM-playing time, I'm guessing most of the rest of us can't. I get home around an hr before the 7 PM PST siege, which is the siege that most people play in, so I have no interest in sieging earlier or later with a bunch of alt or lowbie guilds whose only interest is to collect badges.

The issue is this, ROM has made tempest heights more rewarding and more fun, so why make us have to choose between it or siege? Why not make it so all of us can do both.

I prefer it be scheduled differently too, but until then, you could see who you're up against and if its a guild you have no chance against, or point droppers, then do TH instead.

I doubt they can change it just for our region, so... when making suggestions for changing the time, we should keep in mind that the other region of the game's population (EU) has it right before siege.

I don't know what this statement is trying to say.

The EU region seems to have different times (TH event right before S/W).
The US region seems to have the same time (TH event during s/w).

Anyways, +1 from me for trying to setup the US region to be similar to the EU region where the TH event is 1 hour before S/W.

Well they made TH 20 rounds of mobs, before i could solo it on my mage and pick up almost all the brown chests from every round. Now they made it more rewarding, more fun and back to where it was meant to be done by a bunch of people together to go through it. Please do not play the lowbie/undergeared card that can't do it, always been like that, i could never do 9th and X round on my knight on old version at level 70.

This new TH requires people to help each other out to get through it and it's perfect, ya you'll have the leechers that don't do nothing but get the chests, that always been. Could also help the community to evolve and mixing up the type of players in there :beer:


TH every 8 hours or 6 hours would work too, but it works for a lot of people as of now, except Pacific coasters.

Pick one, siege or TH. I'll give you a hint, I could care less about siege right now. Not after what I saw pulled out of there last night. I'd sacrifice the title Ironblood will permanently, for what comes out of those XX chests... They don't need to move siege time, you jst need to learn to do both, or pick one. Just as it always has been, since the beginning of time for TH.

You implied that EU and US were on the same clock and that if the time for the US was changed it would affect the EU. But that doesn't appear to be true since their siege and TH doesn't coincide like ours does, which Modrune pointed out.

What an utterly bizarre post. Why are you ranting about how unimportant siege is to you? Sacrifice IBW? lol I do care about siege, and now that TH looks fun, it would be nice if I could do both. I'm sure I'm not the only one. You say learn to do both? Exactly how does one do both when they're at the same time? I should pick one? 6 years that TH is at the exact same time, never change, 2PM EST and 10PM EST. Altought people for at least 4 years never bothered doing it cause it was only lame rewards like : troll tokens, transport runes, aggregators, convenient mailboxes, golden repair hammers, golden treasure key etc, oh but now since they upgraded it let's change it all around to accomodate a few people, come on. Although these should appeal to all players and F2P to get FREE STUFF!!!! yes FREE :beer:


I want siege time backed 2 hours cause running at 10PM and soon 11PM isn't convenient for me?? why not?? pick one and run it. PST people do siege at 7PM, well do the 10PM one instead like EST people do and you will be able to do TH and siege after, not that complicated, is it? :P

Yes, Zid, a lot of people did not bother to do TH because it was at the same time as seige. And, since the rewards were not so great, it did not matter. Now, that they have updated TH to make it both more challenging and more rewarding they should re-think the schedule to accommodate "the few people".

i agree move TH atleast an hour before or after siege and i dont even siege anymore lol. Yes its been this way forever but TH was mostly useless before, and now is useful and/or fun.

I agree with time switch. I would have agreed with it before the update to TH because there was never a good reason, in my opinion, to make people choose.

yah, it can be like the old thunderhoof hills events. two full raids fighting over rewards. (assuming any server still has population to field two raid groups)
