Time for me to be blunt. Saito, let me know if I'm doing it right.

You asked for an update. As the post I linked pointed out, no updates simply mean no update. As long as nothing's been said differently, I think it is safe to assume that the merges will still take place in November.

There are 30 days in November, 21 German business days worth to do some sort of merge by the end of the month. No updates mean no updates. There's simply no updates posted because there's no updates to give.

That's the bottom line. Whether or not you want to believe that, sorry, that's your own problem.
