leveling

If power leveling is out of the picture how about a ticket like wow which levels to 90 with tp include. Leveling isn't the main thing in this game so that shouldn't be a problem

Power leveling is NOT out of the question. See the thread that you started which is now closed

Clearly he has in his mind "pwer level = tosh abuse". You can level new characters up in tosh without abusing the tosh distance/exp glitch (which is bannable), or you can try "power levelling" in Dreamland, any other instance where you can kill mobs, or just killing mobs in zones like splitwater.

I'd say dreamland though is the best alternative.
