Halls

The halls should be currency like mems or just let items drop. No one wants to run an instance 3 times just so one person can get a set, not too mention it's not open as much as it should be.

Would be nice if Maint opened HoE instead of closed it.
Also would be terrific if whether you killed last boss did not depend completely on RNG -.-

And if one ini needs transport crystals the most, HoE would be it.

Is there any actual reason why the arcanium chamber is not open all the time? key word there...

1) It's how you get the Haidon's Crystals.
2) It gives a nice buff when you donate.
3) It will make the quests around it be completely impossible to do, much like the CV quests if it was made open all the time.
4) Gold sink.
