Post suggestion

Suggestion: Make it so it is only possible to post start one suggestion thread a day on the forums.

Purpose: To keep the forums uncluttered with idiotic and self-serving suggestions.

Who will it benefit:? EVERYONE

What will it accomplish?: Keep people who come to the forums for well thought out suggestions interested in coming back to the forums to read well thought out suggestions, possibly comment on them, and keep them from becoming disgustedly annoyed by drivel.

Per person or in total?

What happens if someone lives in a time zone that lets them always be first to post a troll suggestion so no one can ever post a good suggestion.

Also, whats the point of suggestions if RW can never talk to us the players about it and we can only guess if they read it or give a rats :!:
